Bu siyasət NexSIM mobil tətbiqinin və
api.nexsim.app xidmətinin hesab,
eSIM və dəstək əməliyyatlarında məlumatı necə işlədiyini izah edir.
1. Kimlik
NexSIM səyahət üçün əvvəlcədən ödənilən eSIM data planları satan mobil
tətbiqdir. Dəstək tətbiqdəki WhatsApp düyməsi ilə açılır:

2. Topladığımız məlumat
- E-poçt ünvanı və bir dəfəlik giriş kodu (OTP). Daimi şifrə saxlamırıq.
- İstəyə bağlı ad və soyad.
- Google və ya Apple ilə girişdə həmin xidmətin paylaşdığı hesab kimliyi və e-poçt.
- Hesab identifikatoru, seçilmiş dil, valyuta və balans.
- Sifariş və cüzdan əməliyyatları: plan, məbləğ, valyuta, status.
- Aldığınız eSIM-i quraşdırmaq üçün lazım olan aktivləşdirmə məlumatı.
- Bildiriş icazəsi versəniz, push bildiriş tokeni.
- Referal kodu, əgər qeydiyyatda daxil etsəniz.
3. Toplamadığımız məlumat
- Kart nömrəsi, CVV və kartın son istifadə tarixi. Ödəniş tətbiqin içindəki ödəniş səhifəsində United Payment tərəfindən aparılır.
- Reklam identifikatoru. Tətbiq reklam izləməsi üçün Facebook və ya TikTok SDK istifadə etmir.
- Kamera, kontaktlar, dəqiq məkan və foto kitabxanası.
4. Nə üçün istifadə edirik
- Hesab yaratmaq, girişi təsdiqləmək və hesabı silmək.
- eSIM planını satmaq, balansı göstərmək və planı quraşdırmaq.
- Sifariş, balans və xidmət bildirişlərini göndərmək.
- WhatsApp üzərindən dəstək vermək.
- Təhlükəsizliyi qorumaq və sui-istifadənin qarşısını almaq.
5. Kimlərlə bölüşürük
Məlumatı satmırıq. Xidməti göstərmək üçün bu işləyicilərdən istifadə edirik:
- NexSIM API serverləri, hesab və sifariş üçün.
- Google Firebase, Google ilə giriş və push bildiriş üçün.
- Apple, Apple ilə giriş üçün.
- United Payment, kartla ödəniş üçün.
- WhatsApp, dəstək yazışması üçün. Yazışma WhatsApp-ın öz qaydalarına tabedir.
- eSIM şəbəkə təminatçısı, planı xəttinizə yazmaq üçün.
6. Saxlama və silmə
Hesab məlumatı hesab aktiv olduğu müddətdə saxlanılır. Tətbiqdə
Parametrlər bölməsindən hesabı silə bilərsiniz. Silindikdən sonra
hesab və plan məlumatı xidmətdən çıxarılır. Ödəniş qeydləri qanun
tələb etdikdə daha qısa müddətə saxlanıla bilər.
7. Uşaqlar
NexSIM uşaqlara yönəlik deyil. 13 yaşdan kiçik şəxslərdən bilərəkdən məlumat toplamırıq.
8. Dəyişikliklər
Bu səhifəni yeniləyəndə yuxarıdakı tarix dəyişir. Tətbiqdən istifadəyə
davam etmək yenilənmiş siyasəti qəbul etmək deməkdir.

This policy explains how the NexSIM mobile app and
api.nexsim.app handle information
when you create an account, buy an eSIM, or contact support.
1. Who we are
NexSIM sells prepaid travel eSIM data plans. Support opens in
WhatsApp from the app:
+994 70 800 29 28.
2. Information we collect
- Email address and a one-time sign-in code. We do not store a password.
- First and last name, if you choose to add them.
- The account identity and email shared by Google or Apple when you use those sign-in buttons.
- Account id, selected language, currency, and wallet balance.
- Orders and wallet activity: plan, amount, currency, and status.
- The activation details needed to install the eSIM you bought.
- A push notification token, if you allow notifications.
- A referral code, if you enter one during sign-up.
3. Information we do not collect
- Card number, CVV, or card expiry. Card checkout is handled by United Payment inside the payment page.
- Advertising identifiers. The app does not include the Facebook or TikTok advertising SDKs.
- Camera, contacts, precise location, or your photo library.
4. Why we use it
- To create your account, confirm sign-in, and delete the account when you ask.
- To sell an eSIM plan, show your balance, and install the plan.
- To send order, balance, and service notifications.
- To provide support on WhatsApp.
- To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We use these processors to run the service:
- NexSIM API servers, for the account and orders.
- Google Firebase, for Google sign-in and push notifications.
- Apple, for Sign in with Apple.
- United Payment, for card checkout.
- WhatsApp, for support chats. Those chats follow WhatsApp’s own terms.
- The eSIM network provider, to provision the plan on your line.
6. Retention and deletion
Account information stays while the account is active. You can delete
the account from Settings in the app. After deletion, the account and
plan data are removed from the service. Payment records may be kept
for a shorter period when the law requires it.
7. Children
NexSIM is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
8. Changes
When this page changes, the date above changes with it. Continuing to
use the app means you accept the updated policy.
